On Friday, June 14, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Tiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Mr. Pannath Thitavanno, FTI Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Institute of Information Technology and Communication for Industry, to participate in the HORIZON 2030: COLLABORATING FOR A DIGITAL TOMORROW event and to deliver welcoming remarks. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Prasert Chandrarangsi, Minister of Digital Economy and Society, who delivered the opening address. Mr. Saran Timsuwan, Vice Chairman of the Communications, Telecommunications, and Digital Economy and Society Commission of the Parliament, spoke on cooperation, and Mr. Amrit Franzen, Chairman of the FTI Digital Industry Group, presented the event report at the Ballroom on the 8th floor of the So Bangkok Hotel, Sathorn Nuea Road.

This event was organized to brainstorm and gather ideas, practices, challenges, and to foster cooperation in driving Digital Thailand. It serves as a collaborative platform to propel Thailand forward using digital technologies and to build partnerships between the government and the private sector in seeking answers for Thailand in 2030.

The event featured discussions aimed at finding collaborative approaches and addressing various challenges across ten topics encompassing digital technology in all sectors, including economics, society, and industry, as follows:
