วันที่ 30 เมษายน 2567 นายไพฑูรย์ ศิริฉัตรชัยกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม (ICTI) กล่าวเปิดกิจกรรมอบรม “การเพิ่มศักยภาพการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพด้วย AI ChatGPT & Copilot” จัดโดยสถาบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม (ICTI) ส.อ.ท. บริษัท แอดวานซ์ อินโฟร์ เซอร์วิส จำกัด (มหาชน) AIS และ บริษัท ไมโครซอฟท์ (ประเทศไทย) ณ ห้องประชุม Passion Room (802) ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท.
ภายในงาน ได้รับเกียรติจากคณะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญและทีมงานบริษัท แอดวานซ์ อินโฟร์ เซอร์วิส จำกัด (มหาชน) AIS และบริษัท ไมโครซอฟท์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด มอบแนวทางการใช้งาน AI เพื่อยกระดับขั้นตอนการทำงานของธุรกิจ ให้สามารถทำงานได้แบบอัตโนมัติ การให้บริการลูกค้า การวางแผนธุรกิจและการตลาด ซึ่งจะช่วยให้บุคลากรในองค์กรมีตัวช่วยในการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และมีเวลาให้กับงานที่ต้องใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น หากธุรกิจหรือองค์กรนำ ChatGPT และ Copilot ไปใช้งานให้ตอบโจทย์กับความต้องการของธุรกิจ ก็จะมีส่วนช่วยให้ธุรกิจเติบโต สามารถแข่งขันได้มากยิ่งขึ้น
On April 30, 2024, Mr. Paitoon Sirichatchaikul, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Institute of Information Technology and Communication for Industry (ICTI), inaugurated the training event titled “Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI ChatGPT & Copilot,” organized by the Institute of Information Technology and Communication for Industry (ICTI) of FTI, Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), and Microsoft (Thailand) at the Passion Room (802), 8th floor of FTI.
The event featured esteemed speakers and teams from Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) and Microsoft (Thailand) who provided guidance on utilizing AI to elevate business workflows, enabling automation of work processes, customer service, business planning, and marketing strategies. This will assist personnel within organizations in being more effective in their tasks and allow more time for creative work. Should businesses or organizations implement ChatGPT and Copilot in a manner that aligns with their needs, it will contribute to business growth and enhance competitiveness.
