เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 21 มีนาคม 2567 นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายนาวา จันทนสุรคน ประธานคณะอนุกรรมการกำกับฯ Made in Thailand (MiT) ดร.จิราภรณ์ วิริยะพงศษากุล และ ดร.สมสิทธิ์ มูลสถาน นำทีม MiT ร่วมกับกรมบัญชีกลาง และสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดตรัง จัดกิจกรรม MiT Roadshow ภาคใต้ “MiT สร้างโอกาสสู่การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายทรงกลด สว่างวงค์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตรัง กล่าวเปิดงานพร้อมสนับสนุนและเชิญชวนผู้ประกอบที่ผลิตสินค้าในประเทศมาขึ้นทะเบียนสินค้า MiT เพื่อเข้าสู่ตลาดการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ สิ่งสำคัญ คือ การได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์แต้มต่อ 5% จากทางภาครัฐ โดยมีคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดตรัง นำโดยนายอดิศร ตันเองชวน ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคใต้ และนายธนพจน์ ศุภศรี ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดตรัง ให้การต้อนรับ ณ ห้องนครา บอลรูม 1 ชั้น 3 โรงแรมเรือรัษฎา จังหวัดตรัง
ทั้งนี้ นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ ได้กล่าวเชิญชวนผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดตรังและจังหวัดใกล้เคียงมาขึ้นทะเบียนใบรับรอง MiT เพื่อสร้างโอกาสและความสามารถในการแข่งขันการประมูลงานกับภาครัฐให้กับผู้ประกอบการได้รับทราบ
พร้อมกันนี้ ผู้ร่วมงานยังได้รับความรู้แนวปฎิบัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างจากนางสาวนงนุช มหาวงค์ คลังจังหวัดตรัง โดยภายในงานมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนร่วมออกบูธจำนวน 10 หน่วยงาน มีสมาชิกและ SME ในพื้นที่เข้าร่วมกว่า 100 ราย

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, Ms. Pechrat Eaksangkun, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Nawa Chantanasurakorn, Chairman of the Made in Thailand (MiT) Subcommittee, Dr. Jiraporn Wiriya-phongsakul, and Dr. Somsith Moolsathan, led the MiT team in collaboration with the Comptroller General's Department and the Trang Provincial Industry Council to organize the MiT Roadshow in Southern Thailand titled “MiT Creates Opportunities for Public Procurement.” The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Songklot Sawangwong, Governor of Trang Province, who opened the event and encouraged local producers of domestic products to register for the MiT certification to access the public procurement market. Importantly, this opens the opportunity to receive a 5% preferential benefit from the government. The event was warmly welcomed by the Trang Provincial Industry Council, led by Mr. Adisorn Tanengkhuan, Chairman of the Southern Industry Council, and Mr. Thanapoj Suphasri, Chairman of the Trang Provincial Industry Council, at Nakara Ballroom 1, 3rd Floor, Rajthada Hotel, Trang Province.
Ms. Pechrat also invited entrepreneurs in Trang and nearby provinces to register for the MiT certification to enhance their opportunities and competitiveness in bidding for government projects.
Additionally, attendees gained insights on procurement practices from Ms. Nongnuch Mahawong, Trang Provincial Treasury. The event featured booths from 10 government and private sector agencies, with more than 100 members and SMEs from the local area participating.
