เมื่อวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนางสาวศุภมาส อิศรภักดี รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) และผู้บริหารจากหน่วยงานรัฐ เอกชน ร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน “มหกรรมส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ประจำปี 2567 (TRIUP FAIR 2024)” โดยมีนายวิวรรธน์ เหมมณฑารพ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันนวัตกรรมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม กล่าวเปิดเวทีเสวนาและประกาศเจตนารมณ์ในการจัดงาน ภายใต้แนวคิด : “Impact Journey to lgnite Thailand : เส้นทางจากงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมสู่การยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประเทศ” ผนึกกำลังมุ่งใช้ศักยภาพด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน พาประเทศไทยพัฒนาอย่างก้าวกระโดด ณ พารากอนฮอลล์ ชั้น 5 สยามพารากอน
ภายในพิธีเปิด ยังได้มีการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการด้วยวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ระหว่าง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) กับสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.)
งานนี้ ถือได้ว่าเป็นงานที่ผนึกกำลังครั้งใหญ่ของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายใต้ 5 กระทรวง ได้แก่ กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงพาณิชย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และหน่วยงาน Intermediaries ที่รวมบริการให้ภาคเอกชนแบบครบวงจรตั้งแต่การให้ทุนวิจัย เงินกู้เพื่อขยายการลงทุน หน่วยวิเคราะห์ทดสอบ หน่วยรับรองมาตรฐาน หน่วยพัฒนาธุรกิจ หน่วยส่งเสริมการตลาดทั้งในและต่างประเทศ รวมถึงช่องทางการสื่อสารสาธารณะต่างๆ ภายในงาน ที่มีระบบติดตามสนับสนุนและเชื่อมโยงกลไกกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ตลอด 3 ปี
นอกจากนี้ ภายในงาน ยังมีการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมพร้อมใช้จริงกว่า 150 ผลงาน แบ่งเป็น 4 ธีม ได้แก่ (1) การแพทย์และสุขภาพ (2) เกษตรและอาหารมูลค่าสูง (3) การปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net zero emission) และ (4) เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม (Appropriate Technology) พร้อมกันนี้ ยังเปิดพื้นที่เจรจาจับคู่ธุรกิจระหว่างเจ้าของผลงานวิจัยกับผู้ประกอบการและนักลงทุน บริการให้คำปรึกษาทางธุรกิจจากหน่วยงานรัฐและเอกชนกว่า 50 หน่วยงาน เวทีเสวนาและการอบรมต่างๆ เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ผู้ประกอบการและนักวิจัย โดยวิทยากรทั้งในและต่างประเทศ กิจกรรม Audition คัดเลือกผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมให้เข้าร่วมรายการ Shark Tank Thailand รวมทั้งการจำหน่ายสินค้านวัตกรรม เพื่อกระตุ้นการใช้ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของไทย
งานดังกล่าว เป็นกลไกหนึ่งที่จะทำให้เกิดระบบการนำผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไปใช้ประโยชน์ โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ใช้ประโยชน์สามารถเข้าถึงผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม และเจ้าของผลงานวิจัยได้ง่ายขึ้น อีกทั้งเป็นกลไกที่จะช่วยขับเคลื่อน พ.ร.บ.ส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม พ.ศ. 2564 ให้บรรลุเจตนารมณ์อีกด้วย
งาน “มหกรรมส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ประจำปี 2567 (TRIUP FAIR 2024)” จะจัดขึ้นจนถึงวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2567 นี้ ณ รอยัลพารากอนฮอลล์ ชั้น 5 ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน
On September 24, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Ms. Supamas Isarapakdi, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and executives from both public and private sectors, participated in the opening ceremony of the "Annual Fair Promoting the Utilization of Research and Innovation 2024 (TRIUP FAIR 2024)." Mr. Wiwat Hemmatarap, Vice Chairman of FTI and President of the Institute of Innovation for Industry, delivered the opening remarks and announced the intention behind the event, under the theme: "Impact Journey to Ignite Thailand: The Path from Research and Innovation to Enhancing the Economy and Society of the Country," aiming to leverage the potential of science, research, and innovation to enhance competitiveness and propel Thailand towards significant development at Paragon Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon.
During the opening ceremony, a memorandum of understanding was signed for collaboration on developing entrepreneurs through science, research, and innovation between the Office of the National Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (NSTDA) and the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI).
This event represents a significant collaboration of various agencies across five ministries: the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Health, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, along with intermediary agencies that provide comprehensive services to the private sector, including research funding, loans for investment expansion, testing and analysis units, standard certification units, business development units, and marketing promotion units both domestically and internationally, as well as various public communication channels within the event that will support and connect mechanisms with various agencies for three years.
Additionally, the event showcases over 150 ready-to-use research and innovation projects divided into four themes: (1) Medicine and Health, (2) High-Value Agriculture and Food, (3) Net Zero Emission, and (4) Appropriate Technology. It also opens up space for business matching between research project owners and entrepreneurs and investors, provides business consultation services from over 50 public and private agencies, and holds various seminars and training sessions to strengthen entrepreneurs and researchers featuring both domestic and international experts. Furthermore, there will be auditions for selecting research and innovation projects to participate in Shark Tank Thailand, along with the sale of innovative products to promote the utilization of Thai research and innovation.
The event serves as a mechanism to enable the practical utilization of research and innovation, allowing target users to more easily access research results and the researchers themselves. Additionally, it acts as a driving force to push forward the Act on the Promotion of the Utilization of Research and Innovation B.E. 2564 to achieve its intended objectives.
The "Annual Fair Promoting the Utilization of Research and Innovation 2024 (TRIUP FAIR 2024)" will be held until September 26, 2024, at Royal Paragon Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon Shopping Center.
