ภาคเกษตรกำลังเปลี่ยนจากการพึ่งพาแรงงานและประสบการณ์ ไปสู่การใช้เทคโนโลยี ข้อมูล และ AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ลดต้นทุน และรับมือกับความผันผวนของตลาดและสภาพภูมิอากาศ แต่โจทย์สำคัญไม่ใช่เพียงการมีเทคโนโลยีใหม่ หากต้องทำให้นวัตกรรมสามารถ ตอบโจทย์ผู้ประกอบการและถูกนำไปใช้จริงในภาคธุรกิจ
สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จึงเดินหน้าทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางเชื่อม AgTech กับโจทย์จริงของภาคอุตสาหกรรม ตั้งแต่การสะท้อนความต้องการ การจับคู่ธุรกิจ ไปจนถึงการทดลองใช้และต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์
เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2569 สถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมกับสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ NIA จัดกิจกรรมสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจสำหรับผู้ประกอบการฐานนวัตกรรมด้านเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร Business Matching ภายใต้โครงการ AGROWTH: AgTech Accelerator Program 2026 ณ ส.อ.ท.
กิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจากนางสาวมณฑา ไก่หิรัญ ผู้จัดการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมอาวุโส ฝ่ายส่งเสริมธุรกิจนวัตกรรม NIA กล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมด้วยนายพิตติพัตน์ มั่นบุปผชาติ ประธานสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ส.อ.ท. ร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ “มุมมองภาคอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร : โจทย์ ความต้องการ และโอกาสเติบโตทางธุรกิจ ด้วยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี” เพื่อสะท้อนโจทย์จริงของผู้ประกอบการและแนวทางที่ AgTech สามารถเข้ามาช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน และสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม
[12 AgTech ต่อยอดโจทย์จริง ตั้งแต่ฟาร์มถึงห่วงโซ่อาหาร]
ภายในงานมีผู้ประกอบการ AgTech จำนวน 12 ราย นำเสนอเทคโนโลยีและโซลูชันที่ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การผลิต การเลี้ยงสัตว์ การควบคุมคุณภาพ ไปจนถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม อาทิ IoT และ AI สำหรับบริหารฟาร์มกุ้งแบบ Real-time, เครื่องตรวจวัดความแก่ทุเรียนแบบไม่ทำลายผล, ระบบ AI ควบคุมการผลิตเห็ดในระบบปิด, ชุดตรวจสารฆ่าแมลงแบบดิจิทัล และเทคโนโลยีลดการใช้น้ำในภาคเกษตร
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีนวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์การลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน เช่น อาหารสัตว์จากวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตร เทคโนโลยีลดการปล่อยก๊าซมีเทนในภาคปศุสัตว์ และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้น้ำ
จุดสำคัญของกิจกรรม คือ การเปิดให้ผู้ประกอบการทั้ง 12 ราย เจรจาจับคู่กับองค์กรและภาคอุตสาหกรรมโดยตรง เพื่อค้นหาโจทย์การใช้งานจริง รวมถึงโอกาสในการทดลองใช้ พัฒนาร่วมกัน และต่อยอดสู่การซื้อขายหรือความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจในอนาคต

ส.อ.ท. มองว่า การผลักดัน AgTech ให้เกิดผลในวงกว้างจำเป็นต้องมีมากกว่าการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี แต่ต้องสร้างตลาดและผู้ใช้งานให้เกิดขึ้นจริง โดยภาคอุตสาหกรรมสามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นทั้งผู้ใช้งาน ผู้ให้โจทย์ และพันธมิตรในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมให้เหมาะกับบริบทการผลิต
การจับคู่ครั้งนี้จึงเป็นอีกกลไกสำคัญในการเชื่อม “นวัตกรรม → การทดลองใช้ → การต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์ → การขยายผล” เพื่อให้เทคโนโลยีสามารถสร้างผลลัพธ์ได้จริงทั้งในด้านต้นทุน ประสิทธิภาพ คุณภาพ และความยั่งยืน

The agricultural sector is transitioning from reliance on labor and experience to utilizing technology, data, and AI to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and adapt to market and climatic fluctuations. However, the crucial challenge is not merely having new technologies but ensuring that innovations are tailored to meet the real needs of operators and are implemented in business practices.
Consequently, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) continues to act as an intermediary, connecting AgTech with the actual challenges faced by the industry—from reflecting demand and business matching to trials and commercial scaling.
On August 24, 2026, the Institute of Agricultural Industry of the FTI, in collaboration with the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) or NIA, hosted a Business Matching event to create business opportunities for innovation-based agricultural technology operators as part of the AGROWTH: AgTech Accelerator Program 2026 at FTI.
The event was honored by Ms. Montha Kaihirun, Senior Innovation Promotion Manager from the Business Innovation Promotion Division of NIA, who opened the event alongside Mr. Pittipat Muanbuppachai, President of the Institute of Agricultural Industry of FTI, who delivered a presentation on the topic “Perspectives on the Agricultural Industry: Challenges, Needs, and Growth Opportunities through Innovations and Technologies” to reflect the real challenges faced by operators and how AgTech can help increase efficiency, reduce costs, and create added value.
[12 AgTechs Address Real Challenges from Farms to Food Chains]
At the event, 12 AgTech operators presented technologies and solutions covering production, livestock, quality control, and environmental management, including IoT and AI for real-time shrimp farm management, non-destructive durian ripeness assessment tools, AI systems for controlled mushroom production, digital pesticide testing kits, and technologies to reduce water usage in agriculture.
Additionally, there were innovations addressing environmental impacts and circular economy, such as animal feed from agricultural waste, technologies for reducing methane emissions in livestock, and products that enhance water use efficiency.
A key aspect of the event was to enable all 12 operators to engage in direct negotiations with organizations and industry sectors to identify real usage scenarios, including opportunities for trials, collaborative development, and future business transactions or partnerships.
[FTI Accelerates Transformation of “Technology” into “Business”]
FTI believes that promoting AgTech for widespread impact requires more than just technology development; it necessitates the creation of a genuine market and users. The industrial sector can serve as both users, providers of challenges, and partners in developing innovations suitable for the production context.
This matching initiative represents another essential mechanism to connect “innovation → trial use → commercial scaling → expansion,” so that technology can deliver tangible results in terms of cost, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
