เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2568 นายสุพจน์ สุขพิศาล ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนและอะไหล่ยานยนต์ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้บรรยายในหัวข้อ “พันธกิจและทิศทางการปรับตัวเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนและอะไหล่ยานยนต์” ภายในงานสัมมนา Open Innovation for EV Battle: ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทย...ต้องรอด จัดโดยศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าประเทศไทย (TECE) ร่วมกับศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ (MTEC) และพันธมิตร ณ โรงแรมดุสิต ปริ๊นเซส ศรีนครินทร์ กรุงเทพฯ
นายสุพจน์ กล่าวถึงสถานการณ์อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทยว่า ปัจจุบันยังเผชิญแรงกดดันจากยอดขายในประเทศที่หดตัว โดยเฉพาะรถกระบะที่ลดลงกว่า 20% ในหลายภูมิภาค ขณะที่ตลาดส่งออกก็ได้รับผลกระทบจากกฎระเบียบสิ่งแวดล้อมและมาตรฐานใหม่ของประเทศคู่ค้า อย่างไรก็ตาม การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) และการมุ่งสู่ Green Transformation ยังถือเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ผู้ประกอบการไทยต้องเร่งคว้า
นายสุพจน์ เน้นย้ำว่า “Parts Transformation ไม่ใช่แค่การเปลี่ยนสินค้า แต่คือการปรับตัวทั้งระบบ ตั้งแต่โครงสร้างการผลิต การลงทุนในเทคโนโลยี การสร้างระบบนิเวศ (Ecosystem) ใหม่ ไปจนถึงการ Reskill และ Upskill แรงงาน เพื่อให้ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทยแข่งขันได้ในยุค EV และเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว”
นอกจากนี้ ยังยกแนวคิด Next S-Curve ที่ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนควรพิจารณา อาทิ อุตสาหกรรมระบบราง เครื่องมือแพทย์ อุตสาหกรรมการบิน และระบบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) ซึ่งล้วนเป็นโอกาสใหม่ในการต่อยอดศักยภาพของไทย
ภายในงานยังมีการจัดแสดงนวัตกรรมและบริการจากสำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) โดย ดร.ศราวุธ เลิศพลังสันติ รองผู้อำนวยการด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาวัสดุศาสตร์และวิศวกรรม สำหรับศูนย์เทคโนโลยีพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติ (TECE) และศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ (MTEC) รวมถึงการบอกเล่าเรื่องราวของความสำเร็จ (Success Cases) จากผู้ประกอบการที่ปรับตัวสำเร็จ เช่น บริษัท ซี แอล พี เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด และบริษัท ไทยนามพลาสติกส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการนำเสนอมาตรการและแหล่งทุนสนับสนุน จาก สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) หน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ (บพข.) สำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (NIA) และโปรแกรมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม (ITAP) ของสำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) เพื่อผลักดันการลงทุน R&D และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทย
ไฮไลต์ของงาน คือ กิจกรรม “TechCare Hub” ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการได้รับคำปรึกษาแบบ One-on-One โดยตรงจากนักวิจัยและหน่วยงานสนับสนุน สะท้อนถึงพลังความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วนในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทยให้ “อยู่รอดและเติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่ง” ด้วยวิจัยและนวัตกรรม
บรรยากาศภายในงานเต็มไปด้วยความสนใจจากผู้ประกอบการและภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ที่เข้าร่วมฟังแนวทางการปรับตัว สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความพร้อมและความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันที่จะผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทยให้อยู่รอดและก้าวต่อไปอย่างแข็งแกร่ง
On August 21, 2025, Mr. Supachai Sukpisal, Chairman of the Automotive Parts and Accessories Industry Group of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), delivered a lecture on the topic “Mission and Direction of Adaptation to Enhance Competitiveness of the Federation of Thai Industries: Automotive Parts and Accessories Industry Group” at the seminar Open Innovation for EV Battle: Thai Automotive Parts... must survive, organized by the Thailand Electric Vehicle Excellence Center (TECE) in collaboration with the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) and partners at the Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel, Bangkok.
Mr. Supachai discussed the current situation of the Thai automotive industry, noting that it still faces pressure from declining domestic sales, especially for pickup trucks which have decreased by more than 20% in several regions. Meanwhile, the export market has also been impacted by environmental regulations and new standards from trading partner countries. However, the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) and the focus on Green Transformation represent significant opportunities that Thai operators must seize.
Mr. Supachai emphasized that “Parts Transformation is not just about changing products; it involves systemic adaptation across the board, from production structure, investment in technology, creating a new ecosystem, to reskilling and upskilling the workforce, to ensure that Thai automotive parts can compete in the era of EVs and the green economy.”
He also highlighted the concept of the Next S-Curve, which component manufacturers should consider, such as the rail system industry, medical devices, the aviation industry, and automation, which all represent new opportunities for leveraging Thailand's potential.
During the event, innovations and services from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) were also showcased, presented by Dr. Sarawut Leartpalangsanti, Deputy Director for Research and Development of Material Science and Engineering at the National Energy and Environment Technology Center (TECE) and the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), along with success stories from companies that have successfully adapted, such as CLP Engineering Co., Ltd. and Thai Nam Plastic Public Company Limited.
Furthermore, measures and sources of funding support were presented by the Board of Investment (BOI), the Office of the Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (CEP), the National Innovation Agency (NIA), and the Technology and Innovation Development Support Program (ITAP) of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) to promote R&D investments and innovation development in the Thai automotive parts industry.
The highlight of the event was the “TechCare Hub,” which provided opportunities for manufacturers to receive one-on-one consultations directly from researchers and supporting agencies, reflecting the collaborative power of all sectors in driving the Thai automotive parts industry to “survive and grow robustly” through research and innovation.
The atmosphere at the event was filled with interest from various manufacturers and sectors participating in the discussions on adaptation strategies, reflecting a collective readiness and commitment to advancing the Thai automotive parts industry toward resilience and stronger growth.
