ส.อ.ท. พบอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ หารือการพัฒนามาตรฐานอาหารไทยด้วย Thai SELECT

เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 25 เมษายน 2568 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์และซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ (CISPI) พร้อมนายเจริญ แก้วสุกใส รองประธานสถาบันฯ นายจงชนะ จันทมาศ รองผู้จัดการใหญ่สายการผลิตอาหารและฝ่ายวิจัยพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป บริษัท เอส แอนด์ พี ซินดิเคท จำกัด (มหาชน) และกรรมการสถาบันฯ เข้าพบนางสาวสุนันทา กังวาลกุลกิจ อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ เพื่อหารือเรื่องการพัฒนามาตรฐานอาหารไทยด้วย *Thai SELECT เพื่อเป็น Umbrella Brand สินค้าที่ออกภายใต้แบรนด์เดียว แต่มีความหลากหลายของสินค้า สำหรับรับรองมาตรฐานและยกระดับอาหารไทย ตลอดซัพพลายเชน (Supply Chain) ตั้งแต่ซอส เครื่องปรุง ไปจนถึงอาหารสำเร็จรูปของไทย ณ กรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์

ทั้งนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้มีจุดมุ่งหมายร่วมกันที่จะพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการให้ผ่านการรับรอง Thai SELECT มากขึ้นอีกด้วย

*Thai SELECT คือ ตราสัญลักษณ์ที่กระทรวงพาณิชย์มอบให้กับร้านอาหารไทยที่ได้รับคัดเลือก เพื่อการันตีว่า ร้านนั้นๆ มีรายการอาหารที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่น แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภทด้วยกัน คือ Thai SELECT PREMIUM บนพื้นสีทอง Thai SELECT บนพื้นสีแดง และ Thai SELECT UNIQUE บนพื้นสีส้ม

On Friday, April 25, 2025, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Creative Industry Development Institute and Soft Power (CISPI), along with Mr. Charoen Kaewsuksa, Vice President of the Institute, Mr. Chongchana Chanthamas, Deputy Managing Director of the Food Production and Product Development Department at S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited, and a board member of the Institute, met with Miss Sunanta Kangwankulkij, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, to discuss the development of Thai food standards with *Thai SELECT to serve as an Umbrella Brand for products under a single brand while maintaining product diversity, aimed at certifying standards and elevating Thai food throughout the supply chain, from sauces and seasonings to ready-to-eat Thai meals at the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce.

Both parties aim to develop more entrepreneurs to achieve Thai SELECT certification.

*Thai SELECT is a symbol granted by the Ministry of Commerce to selected Thai restaurants, ensuring that those establishments feature authentic local dishes, categorized into three types: Thai SELECT PREMIUM on a gold background, Thai SELECT on a red background, and Thai SELECT UNIQUE on an orange background.
