เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568 นายอัครพล สุขตา รองประธานสถาบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม (ICTI) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมเสวนาภายใต้หัวข้อ “Al Trends in SMEs” ในงาน Microsoft SMEs AI Skills Summit จัดโดยไมโครซอฟท์ (ประเทศไทย) ณ โรงแรมอวานี สุขุมวิท กรุงเทพฯ
ในช่วงการเสวนา นายอัครพล ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นกับผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้แก่ นายวรวัฒน์ สุธรรมพันธุ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ไมโครซอฟท์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ศ. ดร.วิเชียร เปรมชัยสวัสดิ์ รองประธานสภาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งประเทศไทย (DCT) นายวรพจน์ ประสานพานิช ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (OSMEP) นางสาวอุบลรัตน์ ค่าแพง ธนาคารพัฒนาวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมแห่งประเทศไทย (SME D Bank) และนายประพันธ์ เจริญประวัติ ผู้จัดการตลาดหลักทรัพย์ไลฟ์เอ็กซ์เช้นจ์ (Live Platform)
การเสวนาครั้งนี้ นายอัครพล ได้กล่าวถึงแนวโน้มและโอกาสของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) สำหรับการทำงานในธุรกิจ SMEs ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการนำ AI มาปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการลูกค้า ไปจนถึงการใช้ AI วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของธุรกิจ อย่างไรก็ตาม การนำ AI มาใช้ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมยังคงมีความท้าทาย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านการลงทุน เทคโนโลยีพื้นฐาน และการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งการขับเคลื่อน Digital Transformation ในอุตสาหกรรมจำเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนเพื่อผลักดันให้เกิดการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและสนับสนุนการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี AI ซึ่งงานสัมมนาครั้งนี้ถือเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ได้รับข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้ AI เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ตลอดจนสร้างโอกาสในการเติบโตทางธุรกิจในยุคดิจิทัล
On Friday, March 28, 2025, Mr. Akrapol Sukta, Vice President of the Institute of Information Technology and Communication for Industry (ICTI), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in a discussion on the topic “AI Trends in SMEs” at the Microsoft SMEs AI Skills Summit organized by Microsoft (Thailand) at the Avani Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok.
During the discussion, Mr. Akrapol exchanged views with representatives from various organizations including Mr. Worawat Sutthumphan, Managing Director of Microsoft (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Prof. Dr. Widear Premchai Sawat, Vice President of the Digital Economy and Society Council of Thailand (DCT), Mr. Waraphon Prasannphanit, Assistant Director of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), Ms. Ubonrat Khapaeng, Thailand's Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank (SME D Bank), and Mr. Prabhan Jaiprawit, Manager of the Live Exchange Platform.
In this discussion, Mr. Akrapol addressed the trends and opportunities of artificial intelligence (AI) for SMEs, including the application of AI to improve work processes, enhance customer service efficiency, and utilize AI for in-depth data analysis to drive business growth. However, the adoption of AI in the industrial sector still faces challenges, particularly regarding investment, foundational technology, and skill development to adapt to changes. The drive for digital transformation in the industry requires cooperation from both public and private sectors to foster infrastructure development and support the application of AI technology. This seminar presents a crucial opportunity for SMEs to gain insights into the application of AI to enhance competitiveness and create business growth opportunities in the digital age.
